What?
This website aggregates information about a special topic: Question-Answering (QA). In a small sentence, QA is the task which, given a question phrased in Natural Language, returns its exact answer by searching within text collections of large dimensions.
Here, you can discover what we have been doing concerning Question-Answering, specially the systems we have built. We plan to keep it updated with interesting publications, resources and software for QA, among others.
Who?
We are a group of people interested in QA. Check who we are.
Where?
Our research activity is settled in INESC-ID Lisboa, and we belong to the Spoken Language Systems Laboratory. Check out the group and its activities here.
When?
We are actively working on QA since 2006. Who knows till when...
Why?
Oh well... because it's funny and interesting!
